How to Check Submitted Documents & Information to Australian Immigration?

If you have lodged your student visa to come to Australia and wondering if you can view the progress of your application, documents submitted to Immigration and the status of medical or biometrics you recently gave, I have an answer for you. YES, you can track your application in the immigration portal. 

1. First, You need to create IMMI accoount. 

• Please click below link and fill the information asked by the website OR You can go to Department of Home Affair wetsite and create immi account from there: 

https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/register

• Then, click continue and fill all the information asked by the immigration in 2nd step:

• Then, submit information. Before submitting information, please make sure you save Secret Questions & Answers which will help you if you forget your password.
• Afterthat, Department of Home Affairs (DHA) will ask you to confirm your email address. Confirm your email address and Login to Immi account. 

     2.  Import Application 

• After you successfully login to your Immi account, Click Import Application. 

• Fill out the details asked by the Form:

You just need to enter the Application Reference Number which you got in your Visa Acknowledgement Letter, your Date of Birth, Passport Number & Country of Passport. 

• Then, click Confirm. 

Once this completed, it will import all the details which you/your consultancy submitted to immigration. 

In this page, you can see the details of the applicant, visa progress, visa lodged date, and the actions required as per request of the immigration. 

• Now, click VIEW DETAILS in lower left hand side corner.

    3. View Information & Documents Submitted to DHA

• When you click in the VIEW DETAILS,  you will be able to see the other details of your application.

1. From this page, if you click MESSAGES, you can see the history of DHA's email such as visa acknowledgement letter, request for furher information such as medical request & biometrics request and etc.
2. You can UPDATE YOUR DETAILS by filling forms if you mistakenly submitted wrong information to immigration. Please talk with your consultant before changing anything in this portal.
3. If you click ATTACH DOCUMENTS, you can see the documents you have submitted to immigration.
4. If you click HEALTH ASSESSMENT, you can find the progress of your health examination if it's cleared or not. 
5. If you click the VIEW APPLICATION, you can go through information submmited to immigration.
